These two...

These two boys fight like brothers..but they are starting to have more and more sweet moments where they are playing together and making each other laugh....like last night at dinner when they were throwing peas all over the place and at each other..its the little things:)

I usually kick them outside  encourage them to play in the back yard while I cook dinner each most nights.  I was kind and gave them a popcicle appetizer since it was misserably hot out.  I looked out about 5 min later and saw that Charlie had brought both boys chairs over the the payground, which is all shaded....I had to snap a picture...and then refer to it all week long everytime they tried to kill each other:)

I've got an excuse this time!

I've been slacking again..but this time I kinda have an excuse;). In the past month there have been an ER visit for mama and an over night hospital stay for Charlie and one for mama...it was one of THOSE months!!

My ER visit was the result of a ruptured ovarian cyst, we think. I had a hysterectomy two weeks ago (it was already scheduled prior to the ER visit) and I'm back to normal..minus a uterus and an ovary!

Charlie bounced back quickly from his hospital stay! He ended up in the ER with breathing problems and ended up staying overnight for a 24 hr stay. We got his breathing under control once they diagnosed him with mycoplasma pneumonia. Once the antibiotics got in his system he turned the corner quickly!

Minus the needle for the blood draw, I think he enjoyed himself..at least all that one on one attention from both mom and dad!

This was when we got there..poor guy was soooo tired..this started at 9pm and we got to the ER at 6am..we were all EXHAUSTED!





Perking up a bit after what seemed like 15 breathing treatments. Laying in bed with his legs crossed..this pose cracked me up;)

You could tell that he was feeling better once he started getting silly! He was feeling better after about 3 hrs in the ER, but was still huffing and puffing and working hard to breathe.


Charlie in the wheel chair..it was needed cause he was so winded..but he was a bit happy to be in it. And he ate up the attention he got from it;)


Once we got to a room...naps x3. It was like 2 pm by now..and we had all been up since 2am straight....so so so so tired!








Just so he didn't feel left out, Easton got strep like 3 days after my surgery!

okay kids...get this memo...NO more sickness for a least a month..mama and dad need a break!!!!!!

Rangers game

**sorry about the last post not coming out right..trying to blog from my phone on the couch..and things got squirrelly and wouldnt fix like I wanted😞. You can look at the pictures and figure it out, right?**


We took our family and Brady and my parents to the Ranger game for one of Bradley's work things and the kids loved it!! What's not to love when there's cotton candy involved;)

These faces crack me up, but seriously.. Charlie's face makes me want to pee my pants!!


There were sticky hands all around!

These three sweet boys were dying all day for the game! They all did so great at the game..it was the first time my kids sat and watched the whole time and didn't once ask to "go play".
